Responsibilities:


  • Providing advice and guidance to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends
  • Managing the endtoend recruitment process, including arranging interviews, negotiating offers, and conducting reference checks
  • Keeping uptodate with industry trends and market changes to provide the best possible service to clients

Requirements:


  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic
  • A keen interest in the recruitment industry and a desire to learn and develop your skills in this area
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field would be an advantage, but not essential
