Description

A passionate Principal Designer / CDM Consultant is required to work for a rabidly expanding consultancy based in Coventry.

The Principal Designer / CDM Consultant will understand the pre-construction phase plan in various sectors including commercial, residential and retail.

My client has been in business for 15+ years, growing into a very respected multi-disciplinary organisation.

The Principal Designers / CDM Consultant Role

Reviewing and preparing CDM documents, Pre-Construction Information and Health & Safety files.
Act as the Principal Designer, ensuring clients and duty holders comply with CDM
Understanding of CDM Regualtions 201
Provide duties working on a range of sectors including Residential, Leisure, Commercial, Public and more.

The Principal Designer / CDM Consultant

NEBOSH General certificate or Construction H&S
Member of IOSH and/or Aps desirable
Experience in the role of Principal Designer / CDM Consultant
Experience providing clients with H&S advise in the Construction, Retail or Property industry
Understanding of the preconstruction phase
