You are our brand advocate.

In this role and together with the team, you will:

Accompany our customers during their mesmerising Swarovski journey through our world of wonder.
Create an emotional connection with our customers and provide a spellbinding experience.
Encourage customers to play and discover their personal style.
Beautifully showcase and present our legendary products.

Experience working in a multicultural retail environment.
Experience in attainable luxury fashion/cosmetics/lifestyle brands.
A playful, bold, and creative sense of style.
A true passion for making our customers' desires reality.
The art of styling a look as part of a consultation.
Excellent and proven customer service, questioning, and listening skills.
A winning personality to easily establish trustful relationships.
