Butler Rose are delighted to be working with a Southwest based charity that due to growth, are now looking for a Procurement Specialist to join the organisation.

The role is wide ranging in responsibility and will see the chosen individual work with the organisation on procurement strategy, and take responsibility for assigned categories of spend

The role

This position will require the chosen individual to build on the already established work that has been carried out to date, by managing categories of spend for the organisation as well as assisting with the development of various new and ongoing projects.

Duties are wide ranging and include the following:

To develop and deliver the sourcing strategy
To establish, develop and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships
To facilitate key internal stakeholder's understanding of the procurement strategy and policy
To be engaged in the implementation of procurement change initiatives
To provide accurate and timely management information
To carry out transactional procurement activities

Salary £40,500 + Benefits
