Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming customer inquiries in person
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and provide additional assistance as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues

Skills:


  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities to analyze customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers of diverse backgrounds

Salary:
From £23,956.98 per year
