The Role


We have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Live Administrator to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Live Administrator will ensure accurate and efficient processing of royalty data arising out of MLCS concert to ensure royalties are paid within the timescales of the Service.

The Live Team sits within the Membership department and focuses their time on royalties derived from live performances.

The team's primary focus is maintaining the Major Live Concert Service, MLCS, as well as relationship management with our highest earning Live members and Live teams at affiliate societies around the globe.


Responsibilities:

As our Live Administrator, some of your day to day duties will include.

  • Processing royalty data arising out of Major Concerts licensed under the MLCS to the tight deadlines prescribed by the service.
  • Providing detailed reporting as required on the status of the payments.
  • Advise on reporting gaps, inaccuracies or patterns arising out of data processing.
  • Assist in ensuring overseas live tour income for premium segment members is proactively reconciled and tracked.
The salary for this position is circa £27,500 depending on experience.

The Process

Our interview process for this role is simple:

  • First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
  • Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.

Location
We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
