Overview:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to lead the Dual Diagnosis and Complex Needs Team within our high performing and innovative services in the county of Warwickshire.


Responsibilities:


This position will provide clear role modelling and leadership for the team to ensure effective service provision for service users.

We are looking for a passionate individual who will work with highly skilled colleagues from a range of services across the county to support and engage our service users with mental health and multiple complex needs.


The Team Leader will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, leading to create an environment which fosters hope, empowerment and opportunities, supporting service users to reach their full potential.

They will be responsible for line-management of a team of Recovery Coordinators as operational delivery of the service.
