I am working with a fast-growing FMCG company based in South West London who are looking to add a Credit Controller to their growing finance function.

The role will be responsible for dealing with high volumes and duties will include but aren't limited to:

  • Manage an individual Portfolio of circa 900 accounts including grouped accounts
  • Working to monthly and annual targets for Cash Collection, Debt Reduction and Unapplied Cash
  • Credit checking new and existing customers
  • Posting the daily banking and allocations of payments on a rota basis
  • Managing and releasing Customer Orders from Held status
  • Investigating and resolving queries relating to nonpayment of invoices
  • Liaising with the Sales and Customer Service teams on credit control issues
  • Manage as part of the Credit Team the Credit Control Inbox
  • Generating Monthly Statements in pdf and Excel as required.
  • Processing and Posting bimonthly Direct Debit runs
