Customer Care Assistant

Salary:
From £24,000 depending on experience


Hours:
Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm


We have a new opportunity to join our busy Head Office as a
Customer Care Assistant due to an expansion of the team
.



What you will be doing:


  • Allocate and log all customer queries, concerns or complaints in an efficient and professional manner at all times.
  • Answer phone calls from customers and internal calls.
  • Acknowledge all complaints within a timely manner.
  • Document on Carsa Net any issues and updates.
  • Book in any work required with local garages.
  • To diarise all complaints so all customers receive an update and response within a timely manner.

What we are looking for:


  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Motor trade knowledge will be an advantage
  • Experience in a customer service based role
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be organised and have excellent communication skills
  • Be comfortable with answering the phone and making calls
  • Driving licence would be an advantage
