£11.75ph PE8 5AF ,7.30am - 4.00pm, Part Time, Temporary.

Due to the completion of works, an opening to join an established developer as a Labourer has risen based in Lower Benefield, East Northants.

You will be joining a small team reporting directly to the owner where you will be responsible for the snagging/finishing of new build houses.

Touch up Painting.
Mastic-sealing | Tape window frames
Fitting window vents to frames
Moving materials
Sweeping | Vacuuming plots
Removal of waste
General Cleaning down

We would expect the successful Labourer to have prior experience in a similar role and be able to work on their own initiative.

You will be joining an established developer who are synonymous with building outstanding quality houses and are keen to recruit a labourer who strives to offer the same.

£11.75ph

Part Time role, 7.30am - 4.00pm Flexible on days
