We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Videographer and Photographer to join a wonderful Oxfordshire-based brand as a Senior Content Creator in a newly created permanent role offering a salary of up to £45,000pa.

You will work with the in-house Photographer and agency partners to manage and create photography and video content for multi-channel touch points for retail, online, social and international sales.

A pivotal creative role, crucial in showcasing the qualityand aesthetic of the company's luxury products.

As Product Videographer and Photographer, your responsibilities will include:

Shoot and edit in-house brand photography and videography to a high quality
Project manage new product development content creation, ensuring all pack shots, lifestyle imagery & product videos are created on time and to a high standard
Successfully managing the content team's priorities, and workload to meet tight deadlines, whilst remaining agile
Project planning and stakeholder management for the team
Coach and develop the Content Creator to ensure continuous improvement in asset quantity and quality
Successfully manage external creative agencies, ensuring they are on time and to budget
Collaborating with the marketing and wider creative teams, ensuring that all channels have the content they need to execute campaigns and promo calendars.
Work to improve the volume and cost effectiveness of creative output
Manage all budgets associated to content creation

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

A degree in Videography, Photography or another relevant field
35 years' experience in a visual Content Creation role
A stunning portfolio of food, lifestyle, homewares or fashion images
Postproduction editing of video and photography
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier Pro
Excellent creative skills and vision, with a great eye for detail
The ability to produce a high volume of content without compromising on quality
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritise
A handson attitude and approach
Experience in an omnichannel business

About the role

As Senior Product Photographer and Videographer, you'll be responsible for the creation of all photography and video content (internal and external).

This involves consistently producing high-quality and consistently beautiful images of our client's productsand ensuring each marketing campaign and channel has all the photography and video required.

This is a hybrid role, with an average of 3 days a week in the Oxford office and photography studio.
