Marketing Executive - Marketing Generalist within the estate agency sector has become available now


Focus areas of the role are:


  • Overall
    project management skills making sure activity is delivered on time, co ordinating feedback and working with a diverse group of people and disciplines.
  • Strong on
    content generation and grammar

Ideally has experience working in a
multi site business and supporting store/branch network.

The role

  • You will
    manage the development of marketing communications that are targeted, on brand, and integrated using the full marketing mix.
  • You will be
    involved in research through to briefing through targeting data, planning & production, creative briefing, artwork origination, proof reading, editing signoff, print, delivery and results analysis.
  • The role is pivotal in helping the estate agency branches with the materials they need for lead generation.
The role is varied and challenging - working across all branches and Area Managers.

There are 3 aspects to the role
:

project management, communication across the branch network and stakeholder management and other internal departments. The role has a high level of exposure across the business - making it an
excellent role to gain experience in campaign delivery, supplier and account management.



Desirable skills and experience

B2C and B2B marketing experience and marketing qualification:


  • Ability to multitask and prioritize delivering to deadlines

Ability to influence and build relationships with people at all levels:


  • Methodical, creative and a real eye for detail
  • Knowledge of managing and briefing agencies

Experience of managing external suppliers:


  • Digital marketing / Online knowledge

Understanding of online analytics
