Order Fulfilment Administrator - Ringwood - Salary up £25,000 per annum
This is a great opportunity to work for a growing business offering an exciting and creative product range to worldwide retailers.
This position involves working across the Order Fulfilment process so will require someone with an organised, methodical approach and great attention to detail.
Duties will include:
- Raising purchase orders to suppliers
- Check all prices are correct
- Request and collect invoices from suppliers
- Manage the purchase order daily
- Track manufacturing orders are on target to meet their completion and shipment dates
- Request reposts and packing lists are correct for shipping
- Respond to shipment queries on weights
- Work closely with the commercial team to ensure projects and samples are running on time
- Booking shipments on the customer portal
- Ensuring all shipment sizes are correct and inline with guide lines
- Maintain supplier list along with new supplier forms
Your background:
You will ideally have previous experience in an administrative role, although the company are happy to offer full training to an individual showing aptitude, a willingness to learn and heaps of initiative.
Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday but part-time may be considered
Salary is dependent on experience:
£22,000 - £25,000
