Description
This is an ongoing temporary position on a part time basis for 3 days a week. (Wed, Thurs & Fri). You will be assisting the office with reception duties such as greeting visitors and taking phone calls.

My client is an international construction business seeking an experienced receptionist to join their busy team


Description

The key responsibilities would include:


  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries, frank and send outgoing mail
  • Book travel as required for employees in the business

Profile

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Handson experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Friendly, approachable and professional
  • Excellent communication skills.
