We have an exciting opportunity for
Lettings Consultant's to join our award winning team across Essex, with opportunities available from Colchester to Gidea Park.

Duties will include:

Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and backgrounds, to make informed recommendations for property available.
Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio and reaching out to prospective tenants upon appointment of a new property.
Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants, with a view to negotiating terms between the landlord and tenant.
You will handle the enquiry from viewing through to the tenant move in date, and facilitating the administrative process.

Requirements:

Enthusiastic and motivated in a target driven environment.
Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional outlook
Complaint handling experience and empathetic approach
IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly
Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Full UK driving license and use of own car is essential

Salary & Benefits
Basic pay is between £19,000-£22,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience. Plus bonuses and other financial incentives offering an
OTE of up to £24,000 per annum.
