Hours:
Predominately Monday - Friday, rotating shifts between 07:00 - 20:00. You will also be required to work the occasional weekend.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Technical Advisor, who will provide expert technical advice and assistance over the phone to AA customers, to enable their vehicle to become mobile or repaired after a breakdown.
Though making outbound calls, you will also assist with interventions and provide our members with the right level of support when they need us most.
What will I be doing?:
- Liaising with AA members, repairing workshops and Roadside Patrols to get broken down vehicles repaired quickly and efficiently
- Providing technical advice to AA members in live breakdown situations to prevent the unnecessary deployment of Roadside Patrols
- Providing professional technical advice to AA members relating to nonbreakdown related situations
- Allocating appropriate resources to roadside breakdowns
- Processing all calls professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recording all enquiries on the appropriate database to assist with providing detailed management information
What do I need?:
- City & Guilds or NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Motor vehicle service & repair experience
- Motor vehicle fault diagnosis experience
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely and in a professional manner
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer care during a breakdown situation
- Working knowledge on a variety of manufacturers vehicles would be desirable
