Our leading client, based in Derby, are looking for a Finance/ Commissions Team Leader to join their team. Reporting in to the Senior Finance Manager, you will work closely with them and play an important role in coordinating the team activity to ensure commissions are processed effectively and

accurately.

£30,000 - £35,000

Finance/ Commissions Team Leader - The Role:

  • Co-ordinate the team activity to ensure commissions are processed effectively and
accurately, meeting required deadlines

  • Manage and lead the team, motivating them and helping them succeed
  • Act as a point of escalation for the team
  • Champion quality assurance and 'right first time' culture
  • Support the delivery of KPIs
  • Contribute to banking related projects across the business as required
  • Continually look to improve processes and procedures where possible
  • Be a key part of the onboarding process, providing training and support
on our banking processes

  • Experience of successfully managing and leading teams with the ability to set
objectives and manage KPIs

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence and ability to
build strong relationships

  • Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, in a fast paced environment
  • An ability and willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
  • Exceptional organisation skills, with a meticulous eye for detail
  • The ability to grasp new systems and contexts, think beyond traditional solutions and
challenge the status quo.

  • A strong communicator, confident, clear and warm, with a flexible and constructive
approach to customers and the team alike
