Your role, as an ENABLE Works Administrator is to support our Fair Start Scotland team, to support a range of participants on their journey towards, and into, employment.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to support our employability team and carry out the administrative requirements of the Fair Start National Employability programme in Aberdeen.

Your role will be to support the team to keep project records, prepare reports to funders and undertake everyday administrative functions to ensure smooth programme delivery.


The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to members of the Enable Works Fair Start Scotland team.

This will involve supporting the entering of data on CRM systems and ensuring that compliance requirements are met.


The post holder may also have the opportunity to contribute to ENABLE Work's employment development processes by supporting clients to develop their administration and workplace skills within the department.


Main Duties and Accountabilities

  • To collect and maintain accurate records of participation and activity for active projects.
  • To complete all administrative tasks for the project.
  • To support the Operations Manager in preparing reports for projects and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
  • To undertake everyday administrative functions to support the delivery of other ENABLE Works projects.
  • Manage incoming referrals to the programme ensuring effective communication with partners and internal teams.
  • To input and maintain client details and employment outcome claims adhering to all applicable deadlines.
  • To liaise with all with coordinators and managers to ensure that all paper and online files meet compliance requirements.
  • To support the preparation and organisation of tender documents.
  • To undertake further general administrative tasks and duties consistent with the development of the post or the organisation and as required by the Operations Manager
