Graduate Behaviour Learning Support Assistant Applicant Requirements:
Minimum 2:1 degree

Strong academic background
Previous experience working with challenging behaviour
Previous experience working with children
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about making a difference to pupils' experience of education
