Nursery Assistant opportunities will be available, both on a long term basis and short, depending on your availability and suitability to school
The role of a Nursery Assistant is to assist in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young pupils, and collaborate closely with the teaching team to provide seamless support.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of resources and activities
- Assist in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young pupils
- Implement creative and ageappropriate activities to make learning fun and enjoyable.
- Collaborate closely with the Teaching Team to provide seamless support
- Encourage childrens development
- Maintain toys and play equipment
- Experience of working with young people.
- NVQ Level 2⁄3 Childcare and Education or equivalent
- Previous experience working within a Nursery environment
- Experience working with SEN or knowledge of learning difficulties
- Be comfortable and confident in managing challenging behaviours
- Good Class management skills.
- Local Parking
