Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role?

Our client is looking for a confident, capable QS wanting to bring their expertise to a five-star house builder constantly looking to prove why they are one of the best.

Join a rapidly growing and successful new build residential developer as an experienced Quantity Surveyor.

Taking a hands-on role in everything that comes under the Quantity surveying remit, you will be on site - ensuring the project is running smoothly fromconception to completion.

Our client values customer satisfaction and a high standard work quality above all else, meaning if you are someone that is never happy with a job half done and feels the need to complete every project to the best of their ability - this role is exactly whatyou're looking for.

Surveyors with a Contracting Background preferable.
To support you to the fullest, our client is offering:

  • A competitive salary
  • up to £60k
  • Car allowance or company car up to £6k.
  • Up to 7.5% annual bonus.
