We are currently looking to appoint a Undergraduate Medical (UGM) Co-ordinator to work in Child Health within the Family Care Division.


Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work under pressure are essential requirements, together with great attention to detail for ensuring information is entered accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate undergraduate learning.


To be successful in this role you will possess IT skills, x5 GCSEs or above (or equivalent) and have experience of relevant administration work.

You must have effective communication skills and be adaptable to meet the service needs.

The main emphasis of this role is to enable to the work of the CCE Team in delivering the Trust Education and Development Strategic Plan


For example:
supporting the CCE Team Lead and Learning Placement Lead, and helping to drive and deliver structural change.


Duties will include supporting annual internal and external reporting, attending relevant meetings (and minuting), take a driving role in enacting decisions and actions arising from meetings, and ensuring that resources are deployed as efficiently as possible to achieve the wider aims of the aforementioned plan.
