Business Development Executive - Car Finance - Full Time, Permanent?


Region - Newcastle, (field based and working from home)?


Basic £35,000-£38,000 (depending on experience and skills) plus Company Car, plus Bonus plus Benefits?

Our client is looking to recruiting for Business Development Executive to join their Broker team where you will build and manage relationships with dealerships, broker and introducer relationships within your region and the quantity and quality of the businessproduced by those partners, ensuring accuracy.

This is a fast-paced environment with plenty of opportunities and the freedom to do things differently. Their team members know how to hold great conversations and are always up for learning new skills. Together you will work to move the business forward,building their company brand to become a household name.


Responsibilities:
-

  • Identify and recruit new dealerships and introducers within your specific geographic region.
  • Develop your existing relationships, this may involve reenergising some existing relationships and building new relationships
  • Develop your introducers and dealerships to become profitable business partners
  • Account manage your dealer portfolio to improve proposal quality and sales conversion
  • Qualify and manage dealer adherence to FCA procedures
  • Proactively generate new business and sales opportunities
  • Feedback market intelligence, understand where our business strengths and opportunities lie and ensuring our partners are aware of the advantages
  • Keep all systems and documentation up to date

  • Previous Field sales experience
  • Proven experience of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of automotive financial products
  • With an excellent understanding of the motor finance sector and can hit the ground running
  • Ability to tender for new business and build relationships with dealers
  • Experience of managing a large geographic area
  • Professional, motivated and have a passionate attitude
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication ability
  • Good educational background with demonstrable ability in Maths and English
