Description

We are seeking to appoint a caring, compassionate, experienced and highly motivated Biomedical Scientist to join the Sheffield Teaching Hospitals Transfusion Team.

The Hospital Transfusion team promotes safe and effective blood management for patients across STHFT ensuring the Trust is compliant with the Blood Safety and Quality Regulations 2005.


As a Trust Wide Transfusion Practitioner, you will require to have expertise in blood transfusion to lead on patient blood management safety and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.

You will be an integral member of the Hospital Transfusion Team with opportunities to develop advanced clinical skills.
