An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Helpdesk administrator to join a well-established large-scale Branding and Electrical company with the Petrochemical Sector.

DRB have been providing signage solutions, electrical services, and hazardous area inspections to the fuel retail market since 1980.


DRB services extend across the length and breadth of the UK from its base in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Scotland, offering a comprehensive 24-hour service, 7 days a week.

Its team of highly skilled engineers and technicians delivers a five-star service to an enviable client base, which includes blue-chip oil companies and some of the larger dealership groups.


About you:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing admin assistance to the helpdesk manager
  • Raising reactive maintenance calls and scheduling with the appropriate engineers
  • Liaising with colleagues, clients, sub contractors and suppliers
  • Producing purchase and sub contractor orders
  • Preparing quotes
  • Costing and invoicing works
  • Ensuring all SLA's and KPI are met

Desired skills:

  • Microsoft Office (Accessr and Excel are an adventitious)
  • Basic understanding resource coordination and scheduling
  • Basic understanding of costing and invoicing
  • Confidence
  • Well organized and reliable.
  • Good communication skills

Salary and working hours:


Salary will be between circa £22.5k dependant on experience working 36.5 hours per week as below with a 30 minute lunch break each day.

Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 16:30

Friday 08:30 -15:30

33 days holiday per annum (inc bank holidays)
