Well established IFA practice based in Sale require an additional administrator to compliment their existing team.Main day-to-day duties and responsibilities
The processing and chasing new business on behalf IFAs in a compliant and timely manner
The recording of the above on Intelligent Office and scanning the completed file to client records accurately
Sending letters or authority and speaking to providers to request information on a variety of matters
Answering the phone, dealing with clients, making appointments for advisers in Outlook
Dealing with post
Obtaining client quotations from providers
Producing portfolio reports for the adviser to review client investments
Checking and issuing policy documentation.
Must be IO literate
Must have a basic understanding of FS products and working within an IFA practice (this probably goes hand in hand with the above)
Must be able to type and have good written and spoken English
Must have good computer skills and know how to use Microsoft office (word excel and outlook)
Must have good interpersonal skills and telephone manner
Must like working as part of a team and be able to manage their own workload.
Have a keen eye for detail and getting things right first time.
Salary:
Up to £30,000.00 per year
Experience:
- IFA administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Sale
