This is a fixed-term position for a 3-month contract to support our peak period.


Join the American Golf team for an exciting fixed-term opportunity as a Retail Assistant As we head into our peak period, we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional service and support our customers.

If you have a passion for golf and enjoy working in a retail environment, this 3-month contract could be the perfect fit for you.

American Golf is Europe's largest golf retailer, with over 90 stores across the UK and Ireland.

We are dedicated to providing a top-notch shopping experience for golf enthusiasts, and we are expanding our operations to serve even more customers during our peak period.


Role and Responsibilities:

As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and contributing to the success of our store


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries and providing product information.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized store environment.
  • Supporting the achievement of sales targets.
  • Ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Adhering to key operational procedures as required.
  • Working on a fixedterm basis for a period of 3 months.

Requirements:


To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine interest in golf or a willingness to learn about our products.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customerfocused attitude.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work during our peak period, including weekends.
