CPI Trained Learning Disability Support Workers Required_

As one of the main contracted suppliers to a range of independent living services across _
Belfast and Lisburn MPA are recruiting CPI Trained Learning Disability Support Workers_

We can offer staff full time or part time hours which means you can pick up shifts around your currently role or take on a completely new challenge


Shift Patterns include:
long days, waking night shifts, early shifts, afternoon shift & sleepovers

Pay Rates:
£

A day to day working with our clients will include:

  • Assisting with all aspects of personal care & feeding
  • Taking part in daily activities
  • Following services user support plans
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
  • Promoting independence where appropriate

The Person:


  • 6 months minimum paid experience working with Learning Disability
  • Must be CPI Trained
  • Registered with NISCC
  • Willingness to do mandatory training courses
  • Must complete Enhanced Access NI check
