Role:

The Purchase Ledger Assistant will assist the existing Purchase Ledger team with a range of duties.


Duties will include:


  • Processing invoices and accurate updating
  • Monthly reconciliations of accounts
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in weekly payment runs
  • Assist in setting up new suppliers

Person:


  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel)
  • Ability to communicate confidently and professionally
  • Be driven to develop within the role
  • Be able to work from home
