Role:
The Purchase Ledger Assistant will assist the existing Purchase Ledger team with a range of duties.
Duties will include:
- Processing invoices and accurate updating
- Monthly reconciliations of accounts
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in weekly payment runs
- Assist in setting up new suppliers
Person:
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel)
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally
- Be driven to develop within the role
- Be able to work from home
