Job Overview


TerraCycle seeks to hire an attention to detail and well organized transport and logistics coordinator to support the European Operation team and contribute to the growth and smoothness of TerraCycle daily operations.

As a logistics coordinator, you will be responsible for


Primary Responsibilities

  • Booking all national and European transports using approved suppliers and ensuring the required documentation is provided on time
  • Work closely with our warehouses in France and in the UK to ensure all transports are happening smoothly
  • Support other departments with questions regarding our shipping services
  • Organizing internal shipments with our parcel carrier to support the business
  • Source and onboard new transporter
  • Maintain our vendor Database up to date
  • Ensure we have all the transport documents compliant, signed and archived
  • Take initiative in creating operational improvements to support the business growth.
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager on the cost control and the invoice reconciliation
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager to manage our vendors
  • Support the operations team on the compliance documentation of our vendors

Requirements/Skills

  • Fluent in English and in French
  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail
  • Proactive and solutionfocused
  • Good communications skills
  • A demonstrated interest in sustainable/green business would be beneficial
  • Good knowledge of excel and google sheet
