Senior HR Advisor

Up to £40k

9-12 month FTC
Our client are a premium fashion brand, looking for an ambitious Senior HR Advisor to join them.

This role requires someone who is super-organised and bursting with initiative to support the retail population, looking after Retail stores in the UK, New York& Germany.

Partnering on everything from employee relations to recruitment and talent management, you will be a true champion of engaging, consistent and always deeply human people practices.

You are commercial and practical, with proven experience supporting people processes in a fast-paced business. Particularly valuable are a generalist grounding as an experienced HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role, a solid foundation of ER experience andof supporting recruitment processes in a customer-facing business
