An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Pressure Vessel Fabricator to join a leading manufacturing company in Warrington, UK.


What's included in the role?
- £28.00 per hour (including Bonus)

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
  • Early finish on Fridays
  • Overtime available at enhanced rates
  • 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
  • Employer pension contribution scheme

Responsibilities as a Pressure Vessel Fabricator:

  • Overseeing the fabrication process for pressure vessels, selecting materials based on drawings
  • Using 2D AutoCAD to support design and fabrication
  • Performing TAC fabrication tasks to meet quality standards
  • Following written work instructions to ensure components meet specifications
  • Choosing appropriate tools and materials for fitting operations
  • Aligning and securing workpieces
  • Inspecting components for defects using precision instruments
  • Entering production data into SAP system
  • Reporting equipment faults or irregularities
  • Adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with pressure vessels
  • Proficiency in alloy fusion
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

£24.00-£28.00 per hour
