As Deputy Head of Drug & Alcohol Services (Recovery), you will play an integral role in supporting the development of the operational, strategic and service delivery elements of non-clinical Recovery from drugs and alcohol within Spectrum Community Health CIC reporting to and deputising for the Head of Drug & Alcohol Services (Recovery).

You will support and deliver high quality management and visible operational leadership that embraces Spectrum's Drug & Alcohol Service (Recovery) improvement agenda and enables the achievement of its strategic and contractual objectives.

Managing risk alongside specified Heads of Healthcare.

This will include responsibility for team performance in line with the service specification under the guidance of the Heads of Healthcare and Head of Drug & Alcohol Services (Recovery).

Your role will support the delivery outcomes of the Recovery service and develop interventions to provide relevant structured psycho-social interventions and brief interventions, to complement and enhance our pharmacological offer.

Further to this you will ensure that those not engaged in "structured treatment" will have equal access into service delivery and community networks post release.

The post holder will ensure integration of services and reporting, working closely with the Heads of Healthcare.
