OVERVIEW:

Joining an established banking team, you will be responsible for a variety of legal work including corporate lending, leveraged finance, asset finance, real estate finance (both investment and development), project finance and invoice discounting work.
This expert team, comprised of highly experienced individuals, offer indepth knowledge and guidance across a breadth of areas in banking and is committed to providing a sound legal service.
As an experienced Banking Solicitor, you will have between 25 Years PQE and a proven record of relevant experience and capability.
Relevant experience to include real estate finance, acquisition finance and corporate work is ideal for this role.
You will also be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate a good commercial acumen to others.
You will also have good negotiation skills and the ability to think on your feet and deploy knowledge in changing situations.
