Trainee Call Centre Representative
Coventry -Office Based
£10.13 per hour, £19,760 pro rata per annum
Hours: 25 per week - Mon-Fri 16:00-20:00 with some Saturdays (same shift time)
We are currently looking for a
Trainee Call Centre Representative to join our team in
Coventry. You will join us on a Part-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive rate of
£10.13
per hour, plus great benefits and progression opportunities with immediate start dates available.

About the Trainee Trainee Call Centre Representative role:
As our
Trainee Call Centre Representative, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Taking inbound calls to assist customers with their queries
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Building and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers
- Processing debit card payments
- Complaint handling, including resolving and logging complaints as well as escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary
- Keeping up to date with policy changes through the use of internal systems and training
- Raising potential problems with management and the appropriate teams
- Working with other internal teams to provide a streamlined experience for customers
- Upholding the company's reputation at all times
Our ideal Trainee Call Centre Representative will have:
