IT Support Engineer
Oxfordshire | £30,000 - £40,000 | On-Site/Hybrid Working

What you'll be doing:
Provide IT support and systems management across various teams in the UK and internationally. Maintain existing systems and infrastructure and identify opportunities for improvements and automation.
The Details:
- Be the goto technical support to internal and external customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues such as hardware failures, bugs etc.
- Documenting and tracking technical issues
- Collaborating with other teams throughout the business such as software developers, senior technicians, network administrators
- Working closely with the IT manager to ensure all systems and accounts remain compliant with employee local laws and regulations.
- Managing an admin system for internal platforms and securely accessing it to add and remove users.
Required Skills:
- Troubleshooting enduser technical issues
- Windows / MacOS / iOS life cycle management
- Directory management either Google Workspace (GSuite) / Azure AD / Okta
What we are looking for:
Ideally, you will have around 2+ years' experience in a similar role and you're looking to take a step up in your career.
