TheLightBulb works in partnership with the government to deliver funded Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Training courses and commercial training courses across a range of industry sectors.

TheLightBulb are looking to recruit a self motivated and experienced Employer Engager to support our Skills Bootcamp Contract. This could be home based if a London based person. You will need to be able to attend job fairs and employer events across GLA and Essex

Job Purpose for an Employer Engager

Build and maintain new/existing client relationships, providing exemplary customer service at all times, generating repeat business and referrals at a high level for the contracts you are assigned.
Build customer relations with employers to support the Skills Bootcamp learner cohorts in finding employment
Schedule interviews with employers for the Skills Bootcamp learner cohorts
Meet and then exceed all agreed sales targets.
Work with clients to maximise learner progressions across all funding streams.
Provide an impartial information, advice and guidance (IAG) service to employers and on occasion learners.
Attend client meetings, on time and represent the company in a professional manner.
