Job Description:

The Recruitment Lead will be a highly visible member of the Skyborne UK team, ensuring the positive promotion of the Academy, in all internal and external interactions.

Be a single point of contact for all recruitment on a daily and weekly basis
Create a timeline to ensure all recruitment requirements are met within timeframes and maintain a recruitment plan, clearly identifying recruitment activities and deadlines
Ensure the ATS (SmartRecruiters) is maintained for all recruitment campaigns
Management of the assessor team, ensuring updates and training is continuously provided to promote a high standard of delivery
Continuously promote Skyborne as a training venue and employer of choice
Provide monthly MI reporting and data for all recruitment campaigns

Qualifications:

Significant previous recruitment, selection and assessment experience across various levels and across multiple departments, including volume recruitment
Proven experience of stakeholder management (internal and external)
Able to work in a fast paced environment and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently
Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
Able to work collaboratively, offering new and innovative ideas
Detail oriented with excellent organisational skills and accuracy ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
General knowledge of HR functions and employment laws, guidelines, and procedures
Familiarity with recruiting and talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
IT literacy
TUA and TUP Qualified is preferred but not essential
