Job Description:


The Recruitment Lead will be a highly visible member of the Skyborne UK team, ensuring the positive promotion of the Academy, in all internal and external interactions.


  • Be a single point of contact for all recruitment on a daily and weekly basis
  • Create a timeline to ensure all recruitment requirements are met within timeframes and maintain a recruitment plan, clearly identifying recruitment activities and deadlines
  • Ensure the ATS (SmartRecruiters) is maintained for all recruitment campaigns
  • Management of the assessor team, ensuring updates and training is continuously provided to promote a high standard of delivery
  • Continuously promote Skyborne as a training venue and employer of choice
  • Provide monthly MI reporting and data for all recruitment campaigns

Qualifications:


  • Significant previous recruitment, selection and assessment experience across various levels and across multiple departments, including volume recruitment
  • Proven experience of stakeholder management (internal and external)
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently
  • Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to work collaboratively, offering new and innovative ideas
  • Detail oriented with excellent organisational skills and accuracy ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • General knowledge of HR functions and employment laws, guidelines, and procedures
  • Familiarity with recruiting and talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • IT literacy
  • TUA and TUP Qualified is preferred but not essential
