Role Summary


Responsible for supporting the compensation and benefits team with the administration, communication and governance of compensation and benefits, whilst also providing support of strategic business objectives in the Compensation and Benefits area.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the Compensation and Benefits Manager with the organisation's Compensation strategy.
  • Lead the participation of annual remuneration surveys collating data in preparation of submissions.
  • Analysis of external market data surveys and reporting against internal rates providing statical reporting to HR senior management on where Borr sit against the market. Provide initial recommendations on offshore rates/onshore bandings in line with the Companies strategic objectives.
  • Collate monthly/annual host country tax paid on behalf of eligible employees to enable the preparation of annual tax letters. Provide data to the Compensation and Benefits Administrator to enable the generation of letters and validate prior to issuance.
  • Responsible for the administration of employee benefits completing monthly checks ensuring employees have appropriate cover.
  • Provide support with market total compensation analysis and recommendations.
  • Provide Support with company's Job Evaluation scheme assisting in the evaluation of roles.
  • Preparation of Onshore bandings annually for approval as per the approval matrix.
  • Maintenance of onshore bandings (grade and grade profile) in HRIS.
  • Support the renewal process of all employee benefits, including providing census data and preparing summary costing to support decision making.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the personnel manning costing templates which support the regional HR teams in tender costing.
  • Verification of medical and benefit invoices received by the Compensation and Benefits Team and ensure they are correct before sent for payment.
  • Collation of Offer Determinations and reporting of global and regional statics to HR Management.
  • Collation of monthly bonus accruals as directed by the Compensation and Benefits Manager.
  • Support the business providing advice/recommendations with regards to compensation and benefits for potential new countries of operation.
  • Support in the administration of leavers for the company's LTIP.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties, complete additional tasks and support ad hoc projects as required as directed by the Compensation and Benefits Manager.
  • Take personal responsibility for own continued professional development and undertake any training as required.
  • Communicates internally with Employees, Co-Workers, Supervisor/Manager, Colleagues.
  • Communicates externally with nominated Benefits Brokers, third party insurance providers, survey companies and any other external sources necessary in execution of role.
  • Office based, which provides support, advice and guidance internally to HR Teams and benefits administration to Employees which requires attention to detail, data management, working under limited supervision.
  • Typically solves routine problems, however problems can, at times be nonroutine and need complex analysis or interpretation.
  • Provide guidance to Compensation and Benefits Administrator with regards to the provision of benefits administration.
  • The role does not require extensive travel.
Qualifications and Experience

  • Working towards (or achieved) CIPD qualification or local equivalent
  • Previous experience in an HR professional role, with previous experience in compensation and benefits preferred.
  • Highly organised and responsive, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working in a complex, challenging environment.
  • Ability to work as a team and individually, uses own initiative to identify and prioritise.
  • The role also requires that a high level of confidentiality be maintained.
  • HRIS experience, in particular Workday.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Microsoft Office.
