Description
The Programme Governance Officer's primary focus is to provide a highly efficient, professional and comprehensive secretariat services to HInM programmes and senior internal and external governance.
This will require the post holder to be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form and with impact when engaging with a wide range of people.
The post holder will be engaged in negotiating and influencing on behalf of the Programme Directors and Executives and so must be able to adapt their communication style and approach accordingly.
The role will require a high level of skill to be able to manage and prioritise their own workload ensuring their time is well managed and supports the delivery of HInM's strategic priorities.
The Governance Officer will undertake a wide range of managerial and administrative tasks, including taking personal responsibility for a range of delegated projects and business activities.

The post holder will provide administrative and secretariat services focused on reliable and efficient running of internal and external governance for high profile innovation programmes with multiple NHS and industry stakeholder organisations.
This will include liaising with programme teams and executives to ensure timely circulation of papers in order to facilitate effective decision making, meticulous document formatting, arranging and servicing meetings including formal minute taking and maintaining and acting on associated logs, supporting colleagues with gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when necessary.
