Head of People -EMEA

Our client are a fast growing, leader in the retail industry, who are looking for an experienced Head of People to look after the Retail side of the business across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Support the Global HR Director in setting strategic direction for the brand globally with alignment for all regions in EMEA
Workforce and Headcount Planning
Partnering Leadership and coaching/empowering them to make the best decisions about their people
Employee Relations timely management with good HR practice and commerciality
Work closely with the People Operations team to manage Retail annual salary review process ensuring thorough benchmarking is conducted
Workforce Engagement
Steer the people agenda in collaboration with the operational roadmap that underpins the strategy
Mentor and Coach Business Partners to have People Plans in place for all business areas
Involved in wellbeing and inclusion initiatives across the retail estate
Identify training and development needs throughout the organisation
Ensure EMEA policies and procedures are updated in accordance with legislation changes and employees are informed of any changes
