Would you like to work with a growing team to develop and embed a new proactive Data, Insight and business advisory support service?

As the first Data and Insights Business Partner in the organisation you will be responsible for setting up the processes and ways of working for the roll out of the model across the organisation.

You will report into the Director:
Data and Insights supporting all customers of the directorate.

Come and be part of the leading Armed Forces charity, making a difference to the lives of those who have served to keep us safe and protect our way of life.

As a member of a wider team of 19 providing Data, Analysis and Insight services across the Royal British Legion, you'll be helping ensure the organisation has the support it needs to make data led decisions.

If you can demonstrable experience of:

  • Delivering excellent customer care in a data environment.
  • Gathering and refining business requirements, translating them into data specifications and implementing a solution.
  • Developing and documenting operational business processes, procedures and guidance.
Then we want to hear from you.

At RBL, we aim to support our people and their wellbeing, with a package including generous paid holiday allowance and pension scheme contributions, and a range of optional benefits and discounts.

You will be contracted to our London Haig House Hub.

Under our Future Working framework, there will be some flexibility for working remotely/at home, using our collaboration tools to work with colleagues, but with a minimum expectation of two days/week connecting directly face-to-face with colleagues at the hub.
