Description

This role is an excellent opportunity to combine your desire to deliver excellent customer service where the clients are at the heart of the business and an entrepreneurial spirit to business develop, bring in new business and reap the rewards.

The role
You will be responsible for both an operational and business development role with an approximate 50/50 split.

Business Development:
This role will involve cold calling and market analysis. You will be required to hunt out new business leads and follow these through to closure.

Customer Service:

You will nurture existing clients and ensure that all has been promised is delivered whilst ensuring and upselling opportunities are identified and followed through.

The role will also be a managerial role
- you will be responsible for a small team and have the desire to develop and aspire this team.


You will have:

Customer service skills - ideally face to face

Sales - You will have previously worked in a target driven sales role, either face to face or on the phone.

Managerial skills - You will have been in a team lead or supervisory role previously.
