Our clients are a law practice who specialise in Costs for both boutique businesses as well as large high-street law firms and have a vacancy for an experienced Administrator to work in their Leeds Office.

This is a busy role and will require someone who can think on their feet,

The role will include, but not limited to:
opening new cases on system
checking deadlines
completing case management information
logging all hearing and other deadlines and maintain central diary daily with reminders
answering phones and fielding queries
ensuring work is in ready for fee earners to commence work
maintaining databases
contacting counsel and experts to chase up fee notes and invoices for fee earners
hyperlinking documents for hearing bundles
downloading and organising electronic files in all formats/platforms
maintaining records and spreadsheets of file location and performance stats
collating court service bundles and hearing bundles
drafting court documents with support
office Maintenance
filing
stationary ordering
