2+ years of prior experience in the property industry is needed for this role, however we'll give you all the additional training you need.

Salary:
In the region of £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience + commission


Benefits:

Company phone, 23 days holiday + bank hols (increasing with length of service)


Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm & Saturdays 9am - 1pm on a rota basis

Job purpose:


As a Sales Valuer, you will be focused on continuing the growth of the Sales Branch through generating valuation appointments, conducting valuations, winning instructions and bringing new properties to market.

You will then be responsible for securing a buyer for the property by conducting sales viewings, negotiating and providing valuable feedback to the vendor.


You will be tasked to increase branch revenues through new business activities and cross selling with other areas of the business.


You will ensure our clients receive the highest levels of customer service and communication along with creating world class property listings.


1.
New Business

  • Generating market appraisals through prospecting
  • Using Spectre and other business development software on a weekly basis to identify competitor listings and make contact, as well as targeted letters and 20/20 campaigns
  • Call through our database to identify new opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Work closely with marketing department to assist with campaigns
  • Liaise with our Lettings Department to identify opportunities and provide valuation figures
  • Provide discussion and advice on social media forums
  • Identify refurbishment opportunities and pass to HOP Developments

2.
Market Appraisals

  • Conduct all market appraisals
  • Ensure that you exceed our customer's requirements
  • Provide clients with realistic sales figures and marketing strategy
  • Maintain Sales Fee Structure within company guidelines and sell all company services strongly and ethically
  • Provide compliance and regulatory advice
  • Creating property listings to the highest standard following company guidelines
  • Manage portals and property marketing
  • Ensure all legal paperwork and AML checks are completed prior to the listing going live
  • Liaise with perspective clients and provide high levels of communication and customer service
  • Maintain and regularly contact a list of of developers and portfolio landlords

3.
Securing a buyer

  • Qualify incoming leads and arrange viewings
  • Manager diary to ensure you are working efficiently
  • Confirm all appointments the morning of the viewing
  • Conduct block viewings where possible
  • Provide excellent customer service to perspective buyers
  • Offer advice and be as helpful as possible
  • Provide feedback quicky and professionally to the vendor
  • Ensure all offers are submitted in writing to the office

Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
