ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be required to look after the different needs of residents and be able to delivery quality, personcentred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated care assistants. You can also expect to support the clinical team such as medication administration, assessments, care plans and care reviews. As a given, you will always respect the dignity and preferences of all residents as well as playing your own part in creating an environment that is warm, welcoming and vibrant.

ABOUT YOU

You should have an NVQ / SVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3 to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. You will also need to have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
