Key Responsibilities:


  • Regular credit rating review of project companies and sponsors
  • Active interface with internal departments including Credit, Syndications, Operations etc
  • Maintenance of good relationships with Agent banks, Technical, Legal and Financial advisers
  • Portfolio Management capacity, running transactions post Financial close, both on analysis and administration tasks
  • There is a customer facing element to the role, including attending customer site visits.

Key Requirements:


  • In depth knowledge of Project Finance
  • Good financial analytical skills / financial modelling ability / accounting knowledge
  • Experience working in a portfolio management function
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a diverse portfolio of assets across power, natural resources and infrastructure sectors
  • Understanding of risks associated with project finance transactions
  • Knowledge of legal documentation
  • Previous sector experience
