About the team:
Our Accounts Receivable Team provide a first-class service to our SMB and
large corporate customers, the team allocate over 100million USD a month.
The team are responsible for high volume cash allocation ranging from £20 to Millions of Dollars so attention to detail and accuracy are key.
What you will be doing:
The Controller role is to help meet daily and monthly SLA's through accurate allocation of cash payments made by our merchants.
This is done through constant communication with our Collections teams as well as using remittances sent in from our merchants.
TheAccounts Receivable team impact any merchants that make manual payments so having someone that has the ability to look at the end result and impact of their work will thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on multiple internal systems
- Cash allocation
- Refunds
- Query resolution
- Write offs
- Representing failed direct debits
- Updating team MI
- Other related duties assigned as needed
What you bring:
- Excellent attention to detail
- A drive to see queries through to the end
- A desire to improve processes
- Microsoft Office skills including Excel and solid numerical skills
- Must be able to work in a fast moving, challenging environment must be highly motivated and able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
- Must be confident communicating at all levels
