A school is Barnsley are looking for a Cluster Principal (Primary)

Duties include:

You will primarily be based in the school working alongside the Head of School but will be required to liaise with and support other academies within the trust.

To monitor, challenge and support Primary Academies within the family that are identified as causing concern in a range of contexts and be accountable to the Head of School for this work.

To work in close partnership with your Regional Director and the National Directors of Primary to contribute to an overview of Academies with concern, working to provide appropriate support and intervention.

To critically evaluate each Academy's performance and ensure performance targets are met.

This includes evaluation of data and working in partnership with the Head of School and Monitoring Standards Team as part of the review cycle to ensure rigorous evaluation and quality assurance and sustained improvement.

Salary:
£74,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
