ROLE:
Clerk of Works
PAY RATE:£23 per hour

JOB TYPE:

Contract (10 Months)
LOCATION: Grimsby
HOURS: Monday to Friday Days
THE ROLE **Ensure that contractors construct in accordance with the contract documentation and drawings, monitor work on site, identify areas of conflict with drawings and specifications.

Provide weekly, written progress reports to the Project Leader making note of defects and contract variations; recommend remedial action as necessary.
Evaluate situations of potential conflict during the construction process and prepare options for remedial action.
Instruct remedial action, particularly where an urgent health and safety risk is involved.
